How much does bulk screening cost in Bangladesh?
BPO Bangladesh prices bulk screening per candidate, by monthly volume. The Essentials package (NID, present address field visit and last employer) costs USD $45 per candidate for 25 to 99 candidates and USD $39 for 100 to 499. The Standard package adds highest education and one reference, at USD $69 and USD $59. For 500 or more candidates a month, we quote a custom price.
What is the minimum batch size?
Bulk prices start at 25 candidates a month. For fewer candidates, you can order each check at its single price.
Can we choose different checks for different roles?
Yes. You set a check list for each role once, for example a driving licence check for drivers or a criminal record check for finance staff, and every candidate on that role gets those checks.
How long does bulk screening take?
First results usually arrive within 3 working days, and most of a batch of up to 100 candidates is finished within 5 to 7 working days. Remote addresses and slow universities can take longer, and the batch sheet shows where each candidate is.
How do we send candidate details?
Send one Excel or CSV file with each candidate’s name, NID number, phone number and role, plus their signed consent. Your account coordinator confirms the list before we start.
Do you collect candidate consent?
Yes. We can send a consent form in Bangla and English to each candidate and collect it for you. Bangladesh’s Personal Data Protection Ordinance, 2025 requires informed and explicit consent before personal data is processed.
Can you re-screen our existing employees?
Yes. Many HR teams run periodic re-screening of current staff, for example for cash-handling or sensitive roles. It is priced the same way as a hiring batch.
