How long does an executive search take in Bangladesh?
It often takes around two to four months from brief to signed offer. The time depends on the role, how many suitable leaders exist and the notice period the chosen candidate must serve.
Should we hire a local or an expatriate country manager?
A local leader brings market knowledge, networks and lower cost. An expatriate brings head-office knowledge but needs a work permit and usually costs more. Many companies hire a local country manager with strong international experience.
Does a foreign country manager need a work permit in Bangladesh?

Does the Labour Act cover senior executives?
