This Agreement (“Agreement”) is made and entered into as of [Date] by and between [Landlord Name], with a principal place of business at [Landlord Address] (“Landlord”), and [Tenant Name], with a principal place of business at [Tenant Address] (“Tenant”).

WHEREAS, Landlord owns and/or manages certain remote office space located at [Remote Office Address] (“Premises”); and
