Job Description:
We are looking for a Customer Service Representative who will act as a liaison, provide product/service information, and resolve any emerging problems that our customer accounts might face accurately and efficiently. The target is to ensure excellent service standards, respond efficiently to customer inquiries, and maintain high customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle incoming calls and respond to customer emails.
Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction.
Build sustainable relationships and trust with customers.
Provide accurate, valid, and complete information about products and services.
Process customer orders, forms, applications, and requests.
Keep records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
Coordinate with other team members to ensure consistent customer service.
Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
Take the initiative to upsell products when they align with customer needs.
Qualifications:
Proven customer support experience or experience as a Client Service Representative.
Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening.
Familiarity with CRM systems and practices.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
High school degree; further education in a relevant field is a plus.
